Are we family friendly?

Yes, we'd love for you to bring the whole family. Please check out our kids menu items for those 12 and under.

Are we dog friendly?

Dogs are welcome on our patio (April through November). Only certified service dogs are allowed in the dining room. We ask that you bring your own dish for water.

Do we offer vegan or vegetarian options?

We offer several vegetarian options, including our delicious Vegetable Quesadilla, and other meatless selections. Our Beyond Burger can be served as vegan. Disclaimer:  We cannot assure that vegan items will not come into contact with items that contain meat, seafood, or dairy, and we do not have a separate vegan only fryer.

Do we offer gluten-free options?

We have several appetizers, plus a large selection of salads, as well as seafood items, that do not contain gluten. We can also serve our burgers as a lettuce wrap. Please note that our Tavern Fries are not gluten free. Disclaimer: We cannot assure that gluten-free items will not come into contact with items that contain gluten, and we do not have a separate gluten-free fryer.

Do we take reservations?

We highly suggest calling at least 24 hours ahead for parties of 6 or more, otherwise seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We do not take reservations on nights we have live music. Please call 301.540.1499 to place your reservation.

Are we wheelchair friendly?

Yes.

Do we offer private events or catering for your event?

Absolutely. Please contact us by email to inquire about planning your next event or partnering with us for your fundraising efforts (janice.clarksburgtavern@gmail.com).

Are we hiring?

The Tavern is always interested in adding energetic, friendly people to our family. Experienced servers, hosts, line cooks, dishwashers, and bartenders can apply in person. We ask that you stop by mid-afternoon, between 3 and 5, so we have time to meet with you.
